Visaing on landing means foreigners landing could get their
passports visaed upon either of Haikou or Sanya airport.in about
5 minutes,if the foreigners with diplomatic relationship or offical
trade relationship with China wish to visiting Hainan Province for
the purpose of investing,trading,economic and tecnologic exchang,
visiting relatives,sightseeing for the period of less than 15 days.
And if with justification they need to prolong or go elsewhere,
all the procedures have been made a lot easier.
In addition, according to the relevant regulations, the travelers
are allowed to stay Hainan within 15 days without passport visaed,
if they have organized tour in Hainan Island by the certificated
