Routes Reservation Notice 1£® Reservation in advance ¡¡¡¡Generally,you have to submit your route reservation at least 1 day before your group begins.But ,for some special routes,you might need submit more earlier.On more information,please browse route introduction. 2.Confirmation ¡¡¡¡After finished filling in forms,you should click submission button for us to process your forms.But,this does not mean your reservation confirmed until you receive a phonecall or email form us. 3.Payment ¡¡¡¡You could prepay by posting to us or our parterners.On your exact payment,we would inform you in your reservation form.Any question,please contact our customer center. 4.Price ¡¡¡¡All the prices listed at hiholiday.com are preferencial under the contracts between and by us and our partners.So, reserving here,you are able to take preferencial price. 5.Changes ¡¡¡¡Any changes occurs,including dates,traveller number and names,you are responsible to inform us by any means in time so hiholiday.com could rearrange your reservation. ¡¡ 6.Rights and Responsibilities ¡¡¡¡We promise that after our confirmation,you would travel on your reserved route or we are resonsible.Vice verse,you are responsible for your reservation,if you don't travel on time after your prepayment or our prepayment for you.If you have any difficulty in your trip,please contact us as soon as possible.We would offer our necessary help. 7. Floating Price ¡¡¡¡In China there are a few public holidays when prices are floating.And after your reservation is submited,our service center would respond you the exact price during the special time. The most important is the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) in lunar calendar and the floating price last about 15 days around Spring Festival,when most people take time off work for a few days, with nearly all shops and offices closing down. The second holiday is October 1st, National Day and the third one is International Labour Day is on May 1. Flights and hotels are exceptionally busy and tourist sights are unbearably crowded in these periods. Our advice is to avoid major tourist spots! |
